I am Lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies at Santa Clara University, where I teach courses on Pastoral Liturgy and Sacramental Theology in the Graduate Program in Pastoral Ministries and general courses on Christian theology at the undergraduate level.
I am an Episcopalian systematic theologian, primarily engaged in Catholic theology, and specializing in ecclesiology and sacramental theology. I am particularly interested in the connection between the church’s liturgy and its mission. My current research is focused upon the theology of sacrifice and the thought of Henri de Lubac.

My first book, Missa Est! A Missional Liturgical Ecclesiology, is also available.
