I am Lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies at Santa Clara University, where I teach courses on Pastoral Liturgy and Sacramental Theology in the Graduate Program in Pastoral Ministries and general courses on Christian theology at the undergraduate level. I also serve as Editor of Covenant a weblog of the Living Church Foundation
I am an Episcopalian systematic theologian, primarily engaged in Catholic theology, and specializing in ecclesiology and sacramental theology. I am particularly interested in the connection between the church’s liturgy and its mission. My current research is focused upon the theology of sacrifice and on the thought of Henri de Lubac.
