I am a systematic theologian who specializes in ecclesiology and sacramental theology. I am particularly interested in the connection between the church’s liturgy and its mission. My current research is focused upon the theology of sacrifice. My work draws from a variety of sources, ancient, modern, Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant.
I hold a Ph.D. from Marquette University, where I teach as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Theology. This semester I am also teaching online courses for Trinity School for Ministry, a seminary in my own Episcopal/Anglican tradition.
My first book, Missa Est! A Missional Liturgical Ecclesiology, is now available from from Fortress Press.
